Shipping & Returns.Shipments to Spain are certified with a tracking number so you can see where your package is at all times. To the rest of the world the shipment will not have a tracking number. The estimated time for products that we have in stock is 3 to 5 business days plus the time it takes for the parcel service to serve it. If the product is personalized, the manufacturing time will depend on the complication and the waiting list. Remember that everything is done by hand and not in a chain factory. Custom products cannot be exchanged or returned. If your order is damaged, you can exchange it for another of equal or lesser value. If you want something of greater amount you will have to pay the difference. The misuse of the parts and their consequent damage will not be changed.

Can I customize my order?There are products that can be customized. Some can be personalized with your name, a date, colors or certain special changes. Customized products have a price surcharge, depending on what it entails, it will be one cost or another. Before placing your order, contact us. You can do it through WhatsApp (we do not answer calls), web chat or direct message on Instagram. We will respond as soon as possible to solve your doubt.

Can I sell your products in my store?Sure. For example, we love to see the Paws in the "perruquerías". As they are orders on demand and with many units, the prices will change and will be more beneficial for you. You can contact us to specify it.
